Prince Charles Reported To The Revenue Over ‘well entrenched tax avoidance scheme’ On £18m Earnings.

Prince Charles has been reported to the revenue over claims the Duchy of Cornwall is a ‘well entrenched tax avoidance scheme’.prince-charles-empty-vision-2
Clarence House defended the Prince of Wales’ financial arrangements today after “Republic” compared the royal to Starbucks and Google, who recently come under the spotlight for their tax arrangements.
Republic, which campaigns for an elected head of state, said it had written to HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) and Margaret Hodge, chairwoman of the Public Accounts Committee, asking them to investigate the £728 million organisation’s tax arrangements.

Below is a copy of the letter.

To whom it may concern

I wish to raise with you the matter of the Duchy of Cornwall, which I believe is using a highly questionable
interpretation of its legal status as a means of avoiding corporation tax obligations.
The Duchy operates as a corporate entity, engaging in property management and other commercial
activities. In its own words, “the principal activity of the Duchy is the sustainable, commercial
management of its land and properties.” [Duchy Annual Report 2011/12]. It makes an annual profit of
around £18m.
Currently the Duchy pays no corporation tax at all.
The Duchy claims that there is no distinction between the Duchy – the organisation that operates on a
commercial basis – and Prince Charles – who, as the Duke of Cornwall, heads the Duchy and receives its
profits as personal income. In their words, “The Duchy is not subject to Corporation Tax as it is not a
separate legal entity for tax purposes.”

I believe this lack of distinction between the Duke and the Duchy to be erroneous and nothing more
than a well-entrenched tax avoidance scheme.
In support of my view a recent Information Rights Tribunal ruled that the Duchy is a separate legal person.
In Bruton v IC and The Duchy of Cornwall & The Attorney General to HRH the Prince of Wales
(EA/2010/0182) the tribunal found that, “whatever the basis of the Duchy under the 1337 Charter, we find
that the Duchy is now a body or other legal person.”
In the tribunal’s findings the reasons for rejecting the notion that the Duchy is a separate legal entity are
set out at length, specifically on pages 13-17 [see
The logic of the Duchy’s argument is that if they were to pay corporation tax then Prince Charles would
be taxed twice on the same income, as he voluntarily pays income tax on the profits that are handed to
him from the Duchy.

However, in any other corporation shareholders, owners and employees must pay income tax while their
company pays corporation tax. The company is deemed a separate legal entity which has its own tax obligations. Any profits or income derived from the company by owners, shareholders or employees is
after tax and any such income is also liable for personal income tax.
The clearest analogy with the Duchy is that of a company with a sole shareholder, who in any other
circumstances would pay income tax on their dividend. The company would also be liable separately
for corporation tax.

I would therefore ask that you investigate this matter and take the necessary steps to ensure that the
Duchy is paying corporation tax in line with normal practice for corporate entities.

All the best

Prince Charles Warns ‘The World Is Committing Suicide On a Grand Scale’

There’s nothing like a touch of Royal hypocrisy to set your blood boiling on a wet November evening. I have just read this load of old nonsense in the Mail read more

What really hacks me off about people like Prince Charles, close friend of the dead pervert paedophile and necrophiliac  Sir Jimmy Savile, is that they are so blinded by their own shear arrogance, they actually believe people care what they say, well the truth is Your Royal Highness, apart from the sycophantic, controlled main stream media, more and more people are waking up to realise that anything you say is irrelevant.

A Rothschild can grow their hair long, sport a beard and talk about conservation, but they are still a Rothschild.

You stand there in you expensive suit that you’ll probably wear once, with a carbon footprint bigger than a third world country, and lecture us on  false science created to enslave the masses into paying ever more taxes to the banksters who run the show.  You’ll be trying to convince us next that David de Rothschild, the Pseudo hippy son of trillionaire Banker Sir Evelyn de Rothschild,  really gives a stuff about conservation.

Ironic isn’t it that in today’s world of GMO’s, Chem trails,  poisoned water, contaminated vaccinations, and any other method these people can dream up to destroy the population, Prince Charles farms thousands of acres of organic land in the Duchy of Cornwall. I guess those at the top have to get their clean food from somewhere.

The joke is that carbon is the life blood of this planet. Carbon dioxide increases when the planet warms, not the other way round. Simple physics that we all learn’t at secondary school, well those of us of a certain age did anyway. They can’t yet tax the air we breath in, so they tax the CO2 we breath out.

Oh, and in case you’ve forgotten, it was Prince Charles, the future King and head of the Church of England who stood in St Pauls Cathedral and made a commitment for life to Lady Dianna Spencer in front of the world and god. Got to laugh haven’t you.

The Prince and the Paedophile: Charles’ Connections to Jimmy Savile

Brandon Turbeville
Activist Post

Fresh on the heels of the fallout from revelations regarding former BBC entertainer Jimmy Savile and his unbelievably sickening and innumerable instances of child molestation as well as the “look the other way” approach taken by the BBC, more and more questions are now emerging in regards to the connection between Savile and British Royalty, most notably Prince Charles.

At least, more questions should be emerging.

Unfortunately, however, the British mainstream media is deeming Prince Charles and the rest of his ilk in positions of power and perceived genetic royalty as if they are beyond reproach. This approach is typical and to be expected, yet it is also highly ironic considering the fact that such is the same position the mainstream media took with the allegations against Jimmy Savile for so many years.

As a result of the Savile affair, mainstream outlets, particularly the BBC, now have a lot of egg on their faces in the areas of credibility and respect. In short, any connections placing Prince Charles in an uncompromising position regarding his connections with Savile or his potential for sharing a penchant for unnatural relationships with children is being completely ignored if not officially covered up.

Although Prince Charles’ friendship with Jimmy Savile, allegedly begun when the two met in the 1970s during the course of working with children’s wheelchair sports charities, is now well-known, the extent to which the Prince and the Pedophile were connected appears to go much deeper than the mainstream media reports let on.
